The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has the requirement for the supply and delivery of two (2) Robotic Total Stations with the option of purchasing up to two (2) additional units at a later date, in accordance with the requirement specified herein.
All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority, Alex Lanteigne (alex.lanteigne@rcmp-grc.gc.ca; phone: (902)720-5109; facsimile: (902)426-7136) Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries made via telephone will not be accepted.
This procurement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
The region of opportunity for this requirement is open to all.
All deliverables must be received on or before March 31st, 2017.
