Nature of Requirements:
RCMP requires a service contract that will furnish all necessary labour, supervision, transportation, material, tools and equipment to carry out full Life safety, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), complete with controls, maintenance service in accordance with Annex A and other services within this specification for the Yorkton Rural RCMP Detachment.
Term of Contract:
Two (2) years from award of contract and an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods under the same terms and conditions.
The RCMP is looking to establish one contract as defined in Annex “A” Statement of Work in the Invitation to Tender.
Optional Site Visit: The site visit will be held on April 5, 2017 at 9:00 am at the Yorkton Rural Detachment located at 15 Palliser Way. .
Security Requirement:
The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Reliability Status as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.
Evaluation Procedures:
Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial criteria. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
Basis of Selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PWGSC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
