Request For Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.
Location of work to be performed: The majority of all Task Authorizations will not require travel; the successful bidder will be able to complete the work of the contract from their individual office.

Travel to Winnipeg Manitoba will only be as and when requested by each Project Authority, per individual Task Authorizations.

Description of Work:

The Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) is seeking to establish a Contract with a qualified consultant to provide Statement of Work and Evaluation Criteria writing services and consulting services to the Commission’s Directors, Managers, and Program Officers on an “as and when requested” basis by the Contracting Authority.

Documents must be submitted in English; Bidders proficiency in English will be evaluated solely from the proposal submitted.
