Request For Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.
Location of work to be performed: The majority of all Task Authorizations will not require travel; the successful bidder will be able to complete the work of the contract from their individual office.
Travel to Winnipeg Manitoba will only be as and when requested by each Project Authority, per individual Task Authorizations.

Description of Work:
The Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) is seeking to establish a Contract with a qualified consultant to provide Statement of Work and Evaluation Criteria writing services and consulting services to the Commission’s Directors, Managers, and Program Officers on an “as and when requested” basis by the Contracting Authority.
Documents must be submitted in English; Bidders proficiency in English will be evaluated solely from the proposal submitted.
NOTE: Task-Based Professional Services (TSPS) Method of Supply is refreshed on an annual basis. If you wish to find out how you can be a “Qualified SA Holder”, please contact spts.tsps@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.
Standard Clauses and Conditions
All clauses and conditions identified in the Supply Arrangement and resulting contract(s) by number, date and title are set out in the Standard Acquisition Clauses and Conditions Manual issued by PWGSC.
2020 (2016-04-04) General Conditions - Supply Arrangement - Goods or Services apply to and form part of the SA.
