Janitorial Services - Ottawa-Gatineau

The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking the services of an experienced contractor to provide janitorial services including all labour, material and equipment for various buildings located on NCC properties in Ottawa-Gatineau as described in the terms of reference.

Site Visit : A NON-MANDATORY site visit will take place on June 4, 2018 at 13:00.

Closing Date : June 14, 2018 at 3:00 pm, Ottawa time . Faxed, email or late submissions will not be accepted.

Public Opening : There is a public opening scheduled for June 14, 2018 shortly after 3:00 pm at 40 Elgin Street, Ottawa, ON, 2^nd floor next to the Security office.

Trade Agreements : Non-applicable

Duration : The resulting contract will commence on July 2, 2018 for a period of two years plus one (1) option year to extend.

Evaluation : Basis of award will be the bidder who meets all of the terms and conditions, and, who offers the NCC the lowest total amount.

Enquiries regarding this proposal must be submitted in writing as early as possible within the solicitation period. Enquiries should be received no later than June 8, 2018 at noon to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided. To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to all Proponents, the Senior Contract Officer shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether or not to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this proposal sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Senior Contract Officer named above. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a proposal.

Note that amounts quoted in this tender are in Canadian dollars. Payment is net is 30 days.
