This contract was awarded to:
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), with the participation of the union organizations, is committed to making available a confidential and voluntary Employee Assistance Program (EAP), without prejudice to job security or career progression, to employees who may be experiencing personal, health or work-related issues.
The purpose of this program is therefore to provide professional assistance to the employees and their families when required, to assess the nature of the issue(s) raised, provide short-term counselling, when appropriate, and refer them to the most appropriate source of help.
EVALUATION PROCEDURES
The evaluation of proposals will be performed in five (5) stages as follows:
Stage 1 – Mandatory Requirements
Stage 2 – Point Rated Requirements
Stage 3 – Financial Proposals
Stage 4 – Determination of the Bidder’s Overall Score
Stage 5 – Other Pre-Award Conditions
MANDATORY CRITERIA
The Bidder must meet all mandatory criteria applicable to this solicitation. Bids not meeting all mandatory criteria will be given no further consideration.
POINT RATED CRITERIA
Only the bids meeting the mandatory criteria will be evaluated and scored in accordance with the point rated evaluation criteria.
CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY
The compliant bids with the highest combined rating of technical merit (70%) and price score (30%) will be recommended for award of a contract subject to pre-award conditions being met.
