Additionally, many JUS employees provide services to colleagues within JUS, and these relationships can similarly be improved. JUS wishes to use effective collaboration techniques to create a compelling, achievable path forward in the shortest possible period of time.

The purpose of this contract is to provide JUS with expertise in change management and collaboration techniques such as design thinking, as well as other methods, to discover and implement better ways for JUS to do business with its clients. The proposed solutions will aim at having JUS legal teams and clients work as strategic partners, focusing on the early identification and active management of legal risks as part of the clients’ integrated enterprise risk management.
