The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) will be conducting police certification training sessions in Jacksonville, Florida, USA, during pre-established dates from April 1, 2019, to March 31, 2020, with an irrevocable option to extend for up to three additional one-year periods. The personnel participating in the training require accommodations within a 10 mile driving radius of the downtown core (or Northbank) of Jacksonville, for approximately 115 nights (estimated 2,610 room nights). The RCMP will also require use of large and small meeting rooms during these dates.
