The Office of the Auditor General of Canada (“OAG”) requires a qualified Contractor to supply an Enterprise Service Management Solution and related Professional Services, as further described in Section 2 (Statement of Work) of this RFP.

The OAG requires a scalable, on premise Commercial off the Shelf (COTS), Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution, which will allow the OAG to replace their current C2 ITSM solution. The solution should have features and functionalities to automate workflows for service, asset, and request management with reporting capabilities, a knowledge base, service catalogue, dashboards and a self-service portal with the ability to submit requests. The Contractor shall deliver the solution and provide any services related to implementation, configuration, enhancement, maintenance and support of the proposed solution.
