The Contractor is required to:

Give technical advice on both the whatIf? software and the OEE models;
Develop and/or implement any modification to OEE models requested as outlined in specific Task Authorization;
Provide training to OEE employee(s) on whatIf? software which include:
- How to create, load and run model frameworks.
- How to create, load and run views.
- How to create, load and run scenarios.
- How to create and load informants.
- How to code and debug procedure boxes.
Develop new features and/or algorithms for whatIf? according to OEE specifications and implement these features and/or algorithms into whatIf? Software;
Provide phone and on-site systems management services for whatIf? software as detailed below; and

Provide whatIf? decision support tools update service for each year (licensed seats).
