Requirement

The Contractor is required to:

  • Give technical advice on both the whatIf? software and the OEE models;
  • Develop and/or implement any modification to OEE models requested as outlined in specific Task Authorization;
  • Provide training to OEE employee(s) on whatIf? software which include:
    • How to create, load and run model frameworks.
    • How to create, load and run views.
    • How to create, load and run scenarios.
    • How to create and load informants.
    • How to code and debug procedure boxes.
  • Develop new features and/or algorithms for whatIf? according to OEE specifications and implement these features and/or algorithms into whatIf? Software;
  • Provide phone and on-site systems management services for whatIf? software as detailed below; and

Provide whatIf? decision support tools update service for each year (licensed seats).
