Description of Work:
Fisheries and Oceans Canada requires IT Professional Services to plan, design, build, test, implement, configure/develop, support, enhance and maintain various initiatives by the RPIMS (Real Property Information Management System) Centre of Excellence (COE), the Real Property and Environmental Management (RPEM) directorate and the Human Resources and Corporate Services (HRCS) sector, Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) specific to the ARCHIBUS software and its many different modules and sub-modules.
DFO is in the process of acquiring licenses for the ARCHIBUS Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) solution, known as the reservation system by DFO. DFO requires assistance in the upgrade, configuration, expansion, and management of the reservation system solution.
In addition, DFO will require assistance in the upgrade, configuration, expansion, and management of its existing ARCHIBUS solution. The existing Archibus solution at DFO is comprised of many different modules and sub-modules. Each module addresses specific core functions to automate various aspect of facilities management. Data entered into these modules allow for its availability in other relevant modules in order to ensure data integrity.
