Scope of Work:
The Charlottetown Research and Development Centre of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has a requirement for to provide maintenance to four emergency power generators and four automatic transfer switches for two Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada
Optional Site Visit:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.
Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site at the Charlottetown Research and Development Centre located at 440 University Avenue
Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island C1A 4N6 on Tuesday March 23, 2021 between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM
Interested bidders to visit the work site will have to confirm their attendance by sending an email to the contact below:

Bidders will be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid.
Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
Tender Period Closing Date and Time: March 30, 2021 at 02:00 pm (Local time).

Bidders who contact anyone other than the AAFC Contract Officer to obtain such information during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
It is MANDATORY for the Firms intending to submit tenders on this project to obtain the related specifications, plans and drawings, and all other tender documents through the BuyandSell service provider’s platform. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the BuyandSell service provider platform.
AAFC reserves the right to accept any Proposal in whole or in part, without prior negotiation and reject
any or all Proposals received.
