Description of Requirement:

The requirement is for Forensic Workstations that is turn key i.e. all systems are tested and fully working before shipping. It is expected that the Forensic Workstation proposed works in accordance with the original manufacturers specifications and the designed intent of the hardware (IE: does the write-blocker properly block writing the way it’s designed). Windows 10 Pro for Workstation is installed and all components are detected. Ensure access to all software/hardware configuration mechanisms (BIOS, installed OS, RAID cards etc.) so that there is proper administrative access to every component in the system, there should be NO ‘seller’ locked components or password protected systems onboard. Ensure all components are functioning at the maximum capability as designed (file transfer speeds, processing speed of a large dataset).

Delivery Date: All Firm Deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2022

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
