The What Works Toolkit for the 50-30 Challenge

This Contract is awarded as a result of Solicitation Number ISED199621B (50-30 Challenge What Works Toolkit).

The purpose of this Contact is to meet the requirement of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISEDC), for the services of a Contractor to provide purpose-built ‘What Works Toolkit’ to be available to all 50-30 Challenge participants and all Canadian organizations. The 50-30 Challenge is an initiative between the Government of Canada, business, and diversity organizations. Together with project co-creators, many of whom have been striving to increase corporate diversity for decades, the government is shaping a plan to improve access for women, Black Canadians and racialized persons, people who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning and Two-Spirit (LGBTQ2), persons living with disabilities, as well as First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples to positions of influence and leadership on corporate boards and in senior management.
