A contract for the services of qualified instructors to deliver the following the following Transport Canada approved courses:

  1. STCW Basic Safety and STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft Other Than Fast Rescue Craft training to the Canadian Coast Guard College to an estimated 48 students in French per year (normally in July)

The period of the contract is until Dec 31, 2022. There is also an irrevocable option to extend the term of the contract by up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods under the same conditions.

There is no security requirement associated to the contract.
