The intent of this ITQ is create a pool of qualified suppliers to conduct a competitive RFSO with the goal of awarding the resulting Standing Offer for Thermal Enhancement Devices for the RCMP. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
