E6TOR25RM04 Boxed Lunches and Prepared Sandwiches

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Federal Government Departments is seeking offers to provide geographically zone based Regional Master Standing Offers (RMSO) for the supply and delivery of Boxed Lunches and Prepared Sandwiches on an as and when requested basis. The Ontario Region has been divided into (6) six zones: Southern Ontario (1), Central Ontario (2), North Western Ontario (3), North Eastern Ontario (4), National Capital Region (5), and Eastern Ontario (6). The RMSO will include two Streams: Stream 1, open to all regular Suppliers and Stream 2, Open to all indigenous Suppliers. The RMSO may result in the issuance of up to three (3) Standing Offers for each stream per zone. The Standing Offer holders will be given the opportunity to rebid their pricing on a semi-annually basis as outlined in Annex B. The period of the Standing Offer(s) is from Start Date of Standing Offer2025 to October 31st, 2026 with the right to request up to (2) two additional one-year extension periods under the same terms and conditions.The Offeror may submit pricing on for as many or as few line items as they choose, for each zone in which they are submitting an offer. This RFSO gives preference to Offerors who demonstrate compliance with Social and Green initiatives. Offerors who submit the required proof of meeting these initiatives will receive a Preferential Margin during the financial evaluation of this solicitation.
