Amend 002 - Facilitation Services - Roxane M Poulin

The Project requires facilitation services to aid in its multitude of engagements and planning sessions. Examples of tasks may include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Planning preparatory meetings and planning facilitated events with Giant Mine Remediation Project team members and/or interested parties to the project; 2. providing facilitation at meetings and engagements to ensure: o all Parties to the meeting are respected and encouraged to participate; o productive time is spent by all Project members, its consultants and/or its associated rights holders and stakeholders; o the agenda is followed; and o meeting deliverables are achieved; and 3. drafting meeting materials including reports following facilitated meetings.
