Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of CIRNAC has a requirement for Facilitation services to assist with various activities related to these contaminated sites, mainly the Giant Mine Remediation Project as per Annex A Statement of Work from date of Contract award to March 31, 2022 with five one-year option periods.

The Giant Mine Remediation Project has identified the need for facilitation services to assist it in carrying out its work and delivering on its commitments. Reporting to the Project Authority, the consultant will work closely with the Project Authority and members of the project to plan group discussions (referred to throughout as “events”), develop supporting agendas and materials, facilitate events and write summary reports, as required, throughout the duration of the contract. 

The requirement may be subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements;
1) Tlicho Land Claims and Self-Government Agreement, Chapter 26 - Economic Measures;
