    Work of this Contract comprises a retrofit for SMI Minimum Security Health Services, located at SMI, Building F-34, Stony Mountain, MB. Demolition and reconstruction of an approximate 130 m2 area. Space being renovated is currently used as a health service center located within building F34 at Stony Mountain Institution. Demolition works includes removal of designated finishes, flooring, ceiling and walls, including all incidental electrical and mechanical services. Reconstruction works includes installation of new finishes, flooring, ceiling and interior partition wall types, including new electrical and mechanical services. Modification to existing demising wall types and finishes to adjacent areas. Installation of new Dental and Optical equipment (supplied by others). Installation of new air handling unit, including all incidental electrical and structural requirements. Detailed construction phasing and planning to minimize disruption to health care services at the Institution.
