AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by December 8, 2022 by 14:00 MST. All bids submitted after 14:00 MST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.. For information, the following is a general outline of the Scope of Work for the SMI Minimum Security Health Services Retrofit, located at Stony Mountain Institution, Building F34, Stony Mountain Manitoba. The retrofit of the existing Health Unit includes expansion into existing adjacent vacant office space. Construction phasing and planning is required, however note that the existing health care services will be mostly relocated by the Owner from the existing space prior to construction and will remain elsewhere for the entire construction phase. Approximate area of demolition and new construction: 130 square meters. Contractor to complete the work one year after contract award. This posting is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase solicitation process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
