The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for an estimated quantity of 19,000 sets of Hard Body Armour, General Duty in accordance with RCMP Specification No: G.S. 1045-330 dated 2021-04-08 and an estimated quantity of 38,000 each, Carrier, Hard Body Armour, General Duty in accordance with RCMP Specification No: G.S. 1045-350 dated 2021-04-08. The Specification takes precedence over the viewing sample. Delivery in Ottawa, Ontario. The Standing Offer will be valid from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of five (5) years. Delivery for Hard Body Armour must be within 14 calendar days of the date of the written notice of approval of the production requirements for each production lot necessary to fulfill the call-up quantity. Delivery for Carrier must be within 45 calendar days from receipt of a call-up against the Standing Offer. Proposed estimated standing offer value: $21,470,000.00 (Applicable Taxes included) Approval Advance approval is sought in the amount of $23,617,000.00 for the standing offer Additional funding up to $2,147,000.00 (for the standing offer), if required, is sought in case the ‘offer’ exceeds the initial $ $21,470,000.00. Additional funding will be obtained prior to issuance of a standing offer and a revision to the standing offer for the revisions.
