M7594-220138 - NPP - Hard Body Armour, General Duty, Carrier, Hard Body Armour

The following Notice of Proposed Procurement M7594-220138/C supersedes and replaces the Notice of Proposed Procurement M7594-220138/A dated 2022-01-12 The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for an estimated quantity of 19,000 sets of Hard Body Armour, General Duty in accordance with RCMP Specification No: G.S. 1045-330 dated 2023-01-05 and an estimated quantity of 38,000 each, Carrier, Hard Body Armour, General Duty in accordance with RCMP Specification No: G.S. 1045-350 dated 2023-01-05. The Standing Offer will be valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of issuance. This requirement is open to all bidders; the requirement will not be limited to Canadian Goods. The Proposed Procurement will occur in two phases. Canada reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate, at its sole discretion, any or all of the phases of the Proposed Procurement at any time during the Proposed Procurement period. Given that this Proposed Procurement may be cancelled by Canada, it may not result in any of the subsequent procurement processes described in this document.
