Work of this contract includes the demolition of five (5) maintenance buildings, the lift station, and two (2) Guard Towers. The buildings historically functioned as a washroom, office, car repair shop, storage, millwork shop and other maintenance activities. The buildings and towers will be demolished to slab concrete. All footings and in ground-services connected to these buildings and towers will be capped.
