Description
William Head Institution is a correctional facility located at 6000 William Head Road, Metchosin, B.C. Work of this contract includes the demolition of five (5) maintenance buildings, the lift station, and two (2) Guard Towers. The buildings historically functioned as a washroom, office, car repair shop, storage, millwork shop and other maintenance activities. The buildings and towers will be demolished to slab concrete. All footings and in ground-services connected to these buildings and towers will be capped.
