Marine Atlantic Inc. (“MAI”) invites offers from Suppliers for the Supply of Dishwashing and Laundry Chemicals.
Marine Atlantic Inc. (“MAI”) requires an experienced and reliable supplier to supply and deliver institutional laundry and dishwashing chemicals and provide routine maintenance of chemical dispensing equipment, on an as-required basis, on MAI’s current fleet of vessels, and any future vessels MAI may acquire.
Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept quotations in whole or in part. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
The closing for receipt of quotations will be 14:00 pm Atlantic Time, January 12, 2026.
All documents related to the above noted procurement will only be available through the Merx electronic Bid Submission website.
Quotations must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS. This will be the only method of responses accepted for consideration. Quotations will not be considered if submitted by fax, email or other open forms of communication.
Quotations must be received by the closing date and hour. Late Quotations will not be considered.

Marine Atlantique S.C.C. (« MA ») invite les fournisseurs à présenter des offres pour l’approvisionnement en produits chimiques pour lave-vaisselle et buanderie.
Marine Atlantique S.C.C. (« MA ») a besoin d’un fournisseur expérimenté et fiable afin de fournir et de livrer des produits chimiques industriels pour buanderie et lave-vaisselle et afin d’assurer l’entretien courant des distributeurs de produits chimiques, selon les besoins, sur la flotte actuelle de navires de MA et sur tout autre navire que MA pourrait acquérir à l’avenir.
Marine Atlantique se réserve le droit d’accepter des offres en tout ou en partie. L’offre la plus basse ne sera pas nécessairement acceptée.
La date limite de réception des devis est fixée au 12 janvier 2026 à 14 h (heure de l’Atlantique).
Tous les documents relatifs à l’approvisionnement susmentionné ne seront disponibles que sur le site Web de soumission électronique des offres de Merx.
