This Request for Supply Arrangements is to establish Supply Arrangements with Third Party Logistics services companies for the provision of Health Products Logistics Services (HPLS). HPLS may consist of importation, receipt, sampling, inventory management, recalls, storage, warehousing (proper storage, life cycle management, etc.), reporting, distribution and/or disposal services related to medical countermeasures.
