W0113-26CS53 – Portable and Mobile Anti-Ram Vehicle Barriers RFSO Stream 1, Class 5

All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 10 July 2026 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This solicitation seeks to establish a National Master Standing Offer for the supply of rapidly deployable anti-ram barriers, along with one (1) day of on-site or virtual training, as specified in call-ups. Stream 1: Barriers capable of stopping a North American Class 5 vehicle at impact speeds up to 48 km/h. Stream 2: Barriers capable of stopping a North American Class 7 vehicle at impact speeds up to 48 km/h. (Issued under a separate RFSO). Offerors may submit proposals for one or both streams; however, submissions must be made under the correct stream(s). If a bid includes multiple barrier classes under a single stream, only the class applicable to that stream will be evaluated.
