It is the intent of The City to award this contract for the following reason(s): The Cleanfreak Floodmaster is the only model on the market that meets our needs of: Extracting/Vacuuming water from the floor. Pumping that water to a drain simultaneously Fits in the locker of a fire apparatus. (Maximum dimensions of 21” wide, 26” long, 27” high Statement of NWPTA / CFTA / CETA exemption: (g) where it can be demonstrated that only one supplier is able to meet the requirements of a procurement Statement of NWPTA / CFTA / CETA exemption
