There are three (3) locations for consideration when responding to the RFP> Proponents can choose to respond to Project A or Project B, or both Project A and Project B.
Project A is requiresing extensice property management services for the Charles Clark Medial Centre facility to 303, 9th. Ave SE High River
Project B includes limited property management service at two (2) sperate allocation, Mundy Park at 112 - 21st NW and Prairie Sound at 101 Prairie Sound Circle NW> The scope of the property management services at these two (2) locations does not require marketing of tenant spaces, facility maintenance and repair, or common are management, as these are supported directly by High River.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 35 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/01/15.
