Description
The AESO is seeking services in a two phased approach for the supply, installation, support and maintenance of security systems and access control systems. The first phase of the scope is for the supply, installation and commissioning of all security related components for AESO’s new corporate headquarters in 240 Fourth, downtown Calgary. This Agreement for the First Phase will be executed in January 2024 and administered by AESO’s construction manager, All work for the First Phase must be completed by September 30th, 2024. The second phase of the scope is for the ongoing support and maintenance of all AESO’s access control, security camera and associated security systems across all AESO facilities. The Agreement for the Second Phase scope will be executed and administered by the AESO and will commence on or before June 12th, 2024, and continue until June 11th, 2027.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 40 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/01/29.
