High Resolution Oblique/Orthogonal Aerial Imagery-Alberta

The Assessment Services Branch of Municipal Affairs requires a secondary desktop tool to verify inventory at major industrial sites in Alberta. Aerial Imagery specifications: It is expected that high-resolution oblique and orthogonal aerial imagery is supplied using different perspectives and geo-referenced and will include; (a) Six flyovers annually each with a 66 sq. km. grid of the locations chosen by the Province. (b) High resolution imagery will have a resolution in a range of 5 to 7.5 cm. ground sampling distance (GSD) or higher. (c) Access to a shared data/imagery library, including multiple year’s historical data. (d) Licensing for up to 100 concurrent users. Application compatibility: It is expected that the proponent software will be compatible with applications as base map, and as a widget. Imagery metadata available and imagery connect service from within other applications (ArcMap/ArcPro) is desirable. The application should have a mobile connection and all annual imagery produced provided on a portable media device/hard drive and delivered to Municipal Affairs, Assessment Services Branch. Service Level Expectations: Expedited flyovers as may be required. Prompt delivery of imagery post flyovers. Training and support Monday to Friday 8:15am to 4:30PM (Alberta time). Ability to manage our own license pool of concurrent users.
