Description
The Government of Alberta (GoA) has established a perpetual Master License Agreement with SAS Institute (Canada) Inc. (SAS) since October 1985. Sole source is proposed to the manufacturer, SAS, to establish a standing offer contract for the supply of SAS software products, subscriptions, maintenance, support and services (Contract). See attached for details. All questions relative to this notice must be directed to Brent Nielsen, Procurement Specialist at (780) 644-8044. This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 (Procurement) and the MASH Annex of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
