Description
The site currently has three parking lots designated for customer parking. They are located on the West, North, and East side of the building. The West and North Parking lots were built at the time of the original building construction. The East Parking Lot was added in 2011 as part of a large scale renovation to the original building. The land use classification was revised to Direct Control (DC) in the fall of 2018. The North and West parking lots are getting to the end of their service life and require upgrades over the next few years to extend the service life and reduce annual maintenance costs with the West Lot being the most critical. This procurement is to obtain a consulting team to provide design services for the Replacement and Upgrades to the ENMAX Centre West and North Parking Lots.

The estimated contract period will be 27 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/06/29.
