Addendum 4 - Jan. 5, 2023 Addendum 3 - Dec. 8, 2022 (2 documents) - The deadline for Proponents to send RFIs is 5:00pm MST January 3, 2023. The last day for County issuance of addenda is 5:00pm MST January 5, 2023. Delivery start date approximate. Addendum 2 - Dec. 2, 2022 (2 documents) Addendum 1 - Dec. 1, 2022 Lac La Biche County (“the County”) is seeking Proposals for Progressive Design-Build Services for the New Aquatics Facility project. All interested and suitably qualified Design-Build contractors are invited to submit a response to this RFP. The Design-Builder will be required to design and construct the facility to accommodate the spaces, activities, functions, and design features described in this RFP. The anticipated project timeframe is January 2023 to September 2025.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 31 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/01/24.
