Description
The Town of Devon is seeking quotations from Animal Shelter/Animal Housing services for domesticated pets and animals. This may include but is not limited to canines, felines, and other smaller domesticated animals. The successful bidder must be capable of housing animals for up to ten (10) business days based on the Alberta Protection Act. Animals must be monitored periodically for their health as well as provided basic life necessities such as food, water, shelter and protection from injurious cold or heat. The successful bidder must be capable of transporting animals to and from the nearest veterinarian clinic if required. The location of the Animal Shelter should not be further than thirty (30) minutes driving time from Devon. Officers will require access to the Animal Shelter from Monday-Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. There may be some after-hours requirements if available.

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/06/01.
