Description
1. This Request for Quotes open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status the following category: C7200100 (Water Main, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Install/Replace) To view the list of pre-qualified firms, visit https://www.calgary.ca/CA/fs/Documents/Bid-and-Vendor-Information/PrequalifiedContractors.pdf. 2. Description: Work which may include replacement and installation of new water mains, sanitary mains, & storm mains. 3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Agreement Term: Until program completion scheduled for 2024 November 01.
