Description
Rocky View Schools RFP Q-23-05 is requesting proposals from all qualified vendors to repair Acer Chromebooks and PC devices (Dell, Microsoft Surface). Proposer must be certified to perform warranty work and provide proof of certification. Proposer must be able to do out of warranty work for Chromebooks within 4 years of AUE date. Repairs expectation is one week turnaround from pick up to delivery of repaired device. Proposer shall provide information on customer service and support and repair work warranty. Proposer shall include costs, if applicable, for pickup and delivery of devices to and from Rocky View Schools Education Centre, located in Airdrie, Ab.

The estimated contract period will be 43 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/01/30.
