Description
Lac La Biche County (the “County”) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a compensation and classification review for the purpose of evaluating the current salary structure and pay ranges as compared to the job market for comparable positions in other comparable municipalities. The intent is to review current compensation, analyze the salary grid and design a new grid and job evaluation process that is easy to understand and implement and can help Lac La Biche County attract and retain top talent.
