Description
Lac La Biche County (hereinafter referred to as the County) is soliciting one or more qualified professional firm(s) to conduct an Operational Efficiency Study on the services and programs delivered by the municipality. The successful consultant shall work with County staff to define the full scope of services and analytical analysis for each department in order to achieve the desired results of determining the maximum level of operational efficiency; cost cutting measures and develop a timeline for completing the project.

The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/12/04.
