Woodlands County - Request for Proposal - Bridge Engineering Services

Woodlands County is seeking engineers to provide the following for Bridge File 73605 and Bridge File 78525: • Review Alberta Transportation bridge files and County files • Conduct all environmental reviews associated with the replacement of the culvert including but not limited to Alberta Environment, Fisheries, and Oceans including Watercourse Crossing Legislation • Conduct all required surveys including utility identifications • Conduct geotechnical investigations of the site • Determine if any additional right-of-way is required • Conduct preliminary design and upon review with the County, complete detailed design • Prepare tender documents, assist in the tendering process, conduct site meeting, answer all questions, recommend award to the County • Prepare and execute contract documents • Conduct a pre-construction meeting • Provide construction supervision during key periods of the project (to be identified in the proposal) • Provide construction survey as per AT specifications • Identify quality control testing • Provide project management and submit regular reports to the County • Review all invoices and recommend payments including final and holdbacks • Provide as-built drawings to the County and submit all required information to update the Bridge Files
