Description
The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for the provision of all labour and materials required to perform the Work for the City’s LRT Elevators and Escalators. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Sourcing Event found in SAP Ariba. Please refer to the attached Sourcing Event Notification for details. The intended term of Contract will be two (2) years. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to eight (8) additional year(s). The length of any extension(s) will be at the City’s sole discretion. Site Meeting: Bidders are invited to attend an optional pre-bid site meeting to be held on February 7, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Century Park Transit Station East Side Bus Entrance. This site visit is optional and will not impact bid acceptance. The City will not be obligated to arrange another opportunity for bidders to access the site who fail to attend the optional pre-bid site meeting.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/06/01.
