    Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (the “AGLC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a suite of software tools for Enterprise Architecture (EA) planning as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). As part of the AGLC’s IT digital strategies, the AGLC is seeking a Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) suite of software tools for enterprise architecture to enable efficient EA planning and strategies development and deliver measurable benefits for its stakeholders. The AGLC is seeking a complete end-to-end solution to increase efficiency, improve cross divisional planning and develop reusable architecture designs and artifacts. This is the AGLC’s first Enterprise Architecture Tools (EA Tools) implementation. Currently this functionality is managed through a large assortment of tools, applications, and processes that will be replaced with the new unified EA toolbox. This contract will focus on the implementation of a suite of EA Tools solution, and prospective proponents should choose the most appropriate platform developed by a single manufacturer to fulfill the requirements of this RFP to complete their proposal.

    Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/07/01.
