Description
1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary (The City) requires an Authorized Supplier capable of providing Cisco products, software and support on an as required basis to replace, expand or enhance existing products and services, increase licenses, software versioning, tools or features of products and to purchase support and training services provided by Cisco. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4.The Agreement will be for an initial Term of three (3) years. The Agreement may be renewed for three (3) additional three (3) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of twelve (12) years. The Agreement will not include a POC.

The estimated contract period will be 146 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/05/01.
