Description
The objective of this RFP is to solicit and gather proposals from qualified lighting contractors for the design, supply, and installation of LED airfield lighted signs at the Wetaskiwin Regional Airport. The closing date and time for this RFP is at 2:00:00PM local time on April 25, 2024, for the Wetaskiwin Regional Airport Airfield Lighted Signs. The time will conclusively be determined using the National Research Council of Canada Web clock at http://time5.nrc.ca/webclock_e.shtml. Mandatory pre-bid site meeting: Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 9:00 AM, at the Wetaskiwin Regional Airport, located at 6301 47 Ave, Wetaskiwin, AB T9A 2G2, West parking lot. An alternate visit can be arranged before April 16, 2024, 12:00PM with proof of valid reason for a bidder not attending the scheduled visit. Any potential bidder must attend the pre-bid site meeting if they wish to place a bid. Bidders are required to inform the City of their attendance for the site visit by April 8, 2024, at 12:00 PM, via email at engineering@wetaskiwin.ca See details in attached Bid Document.
