Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued on behalf of the Faculty of Medicine. The University is inviting qualified and experienced firms to provide a Multi-tenant Digital Health Platform to deliver evidence-based lifestyle interventions to individuals living with chronic conditions. The platform will have two (2) main user groups, healthcare professionals and patients. The healthcare professionals will access the platform using a web-app. The patients will access the platform using either a mobile-app or a web-app, both of which will be developed as part of this project.
