1. MERIDIAN Housing Foundation is seeking BIDS from General Contractor firms for a 102-UNIT, SPRUCE GROVE SUPPORTIVE LIVING LODGE building, located at 404 CALAHOO ROAD in Spruce Grove, Alberta. PROJECT BRIEF DESCRIPTION Proposed building is a 3-storey, 102-UNIT, Group-B3 Occupancy building, of wood construction, over a single level underground concrete PARKADE. Entire building is fully sprinklered to NFPA-13 requirements. The building’s total occupied area on three (3) floors is 8,473 m2 (91,203 ft2) more or less, over a single level underground PARKADE of 3,249 m2 (34,972 ft2) more or less.

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/06/15.
