This RFQ is open only to Prequalified parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor Status in the following categories: - Building Mechanical Contractor C7400600; OR -Buildings General Contractor C7400200 This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to the direct commercial negotiations. Scheduled Operational Date is April 18, 2025
