Description
Calgary Housing Company (CHC) is seeking interested and qualified proponents to provide proposals for Building Envelope Construction at Crescent Heights 1 (CRE1). The scope of work includes supply and installation of exterior siding, windows, balcony doors and railings. Replacement of interior common area fire rated doors, enclosing the canopy to the rear entrance to building, and convert a portion of the landscaped area into asphalt parking. Note: Per Addendums 3 & 4, the closing date is now Thursday June 6, 2024 at 16:00 hrs Calgary Time.

The estimated contract period will be 5 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/06/17.
